How to Manage Delivery Policy on the Cartpo Dashboard

Configure deliveries on dashboard.cartpo.com — policy, shipments, and drop-off location tabs for online order fulfillment.

Mobile Settings set operation mode and delivery areas (none / city / country). The dashboard Deliveries hub is where policy and shipment ops sit for desktop work.

Steps

  1. Log in to dashboard.cartpo.com → Deliveries.
  2. Open Policy and set rules customers should expect.
  3. Use Shipments to monitor fulfillment progress.
  4. If you offer drop-off / pick-up, complete Drop-off location details.
  5. Keep the Cartpo app Orders tab in sync for accept/complete actions on the go.
