How to Link and Approve Creators on Cartpo
Approve creator partnership requests in Cartpo: Pending to Active, plan limits, unlink, and what creators can do after you approve.

Creators should not silently attach to your shop. Cartpo uses an approve/reject link request so you keep control.
Plan capacity (before you promise seats)
- Standard — linked creators not included (0).
- Premium — up to 5 linked creators.
- Pro / Max — unlimited (confirm live plan UI).
The screen shows Linked creators: X / Y (plan) with an upgrade path if you are at the cap.
Approve a creator (mobile)
- Drawer → Creator Partnership.
- Open the Pending tab (or notification).
- Tap the request → Creator collaboration screen.
- Read what they can do: advertise and sell via their profile with referral commission.
- Tap Approve (or Reject).
- Find them under Active. Search if the list is long.
Dashboard option
On dashboard.cartpo.com → Creators you can also work Pending / Linked / Commission tabs if you prefer the web.
Unlink
From Creator Partnership → manage creator → unlink. They will no longer advertise/sell via their profile link to your business.
