How to Self-Ship Orders with Tracking in Cartpo
Fulfill Cartpo orders yourself: move through Merchant Shipping, enter carrier details, and add tracking when you mark shipped.

- 1. Accept the orderOrders tab → New Orders → Accept.
- 2. Open shippingStart Ship / Merchant Shipping for that order.
- 3. Choose Self ShipEnter carrier/driver, delivery window, and collection notes.
- 4. Mark shipped with trackingWhen the parcel leaves, add the tracking number required to move to Shipped.

Self-ship means you (or your rider) deliver — Cartpo keeps the status trail so DMs are not your only system of record.
Steps
- Orders → Accept the new order.
- Open Ship / Merchant Shipping (tabs: pending → to ship → shipped → history).
- Select the order → Self Ship Order.
- Enter carrier or driver name, estimated delivery window, and collection instructions.
- When handed to the courier, move to Shipped and enter the tracking number.
- Complete the order when delivery is done (per your workflow).
