How to Send a Receipt on WhatsApp After a Sale
Share a Cartpo sale receipt via WhatsApp, Email, or system Share right after Sale complete.

- Steps at a glance
- 1. Complete the saleFinish Cash or Direct until you see Sale complete.
- 2. Open Send receiptOn the completion screen, choose WhatsApp (or Email / Share).
- 3. Pick the customer chatWhatsApp opens with the receipt text/file — select the customer and send.

Many customers prefer a chat receipt to a fading paper strip. Cartpo uses your phone’s share tools after a successful sale.
Steps
- Ring and complete the sale normally.
- On Sale complete (“Payment recorded successfully”), open Send receipt.
- Tap WhatsApp — Cartpo opens whatsapp:// with the receipt summary (or falls back to system Share if needed).
- Choose Email or Share if WhatsApp is not installed.
- Tap New sale when you are ready for the next customer.
