How to Set Up Your Cartpo Shop for the First Time
Step-by-step Cartpo shop setup: create your account, complete Settings, add payment methods, and get ready for your first sale.

- 1. Create your accountOpen Cartpo, enter your email on Welcome, confirm the OTP, then create a password (8+ characters with upper, lower, and a number).
- 2. Open SettingsIf prompted, go to Settings. Otherwise open the drawer menu and tap Settings.
- 3. Fill business infoAdd shop name, business type, about text, phone, address with location, shop currency, operation mode, delivery areas, opening hours, and a cover image.
- 4. Add payment methodsDrawer → Payment Methods → Add Payment for MoMo, bank, or other Direct methods you use.
- 5. Ring a test saleUse the Calculator tab to record a small cash or Direct sale and confirm it appears in Transactions / Profile.

Cartpo will not feel like a real register until your shop profile exists. This guide walks through first-time setup in the mobile app — where full shop editing lives.
1. Create your merchant account
- Install Cartpo from the App Store or Google Play.
- On Welcome, enter your email and tap Next.
- Confirm the OTP (valid for about 10 minutes).
- Create your unlock password — not a short PIN: 8+ characters with upper case, lower case, and a digit.
- If the email already has an account, you will be sent to Sign In instead.
2. Complete Settings (required fields)
Open the drawer → Settings. Fill and save:
- Shop name (3–20 characters), business type, about
- Phone (country code + number) and address with map pin
- Shop currency (prices and checkout use this)
- Mode of operation: online only, physical store, or both
- Delivery areas: none / city / country
- Opening hours (or Always open)
- Cover image (required); optional featured images and intro video
3. Add Payment Methods for Direct sales
Drawer → Payment Methods → Add Payment. Label the provider (for example MoMo or Bank) and account number/name you actually receive money on. Cash sales work without this; Direct sales need at least one method.
4. Catalog note (Standard plan)
You can ring quick amounts on Standard. Adding menu/catalog products requires an upgrade (Premium up to 25 items; Pro/Max unlimited — confirm in-app plan cards). Subscribe in the app or at dashboard.cartpo.com.
5. Confirm you are ready
- Calculator tab opens without “Setup Required.”
- A test sale appears under Transactions.
- Profile shows Today with cash vs direct.
