Steps
- Open Verify Your Business in Cartpo.
- Enter a valid WhatsApp phone number (required).
- Link or confirm related identity fields (such as iHolda username when shown).
- Upload the documents requested on screen.
- Complete any verification fee payment if your region requires it.
- Watch Help / admin messages for approval updates.
