How to Set Store-Wide New Customer and Loyal Customer Discounts
Configure up to five store-wide Cartpo discounts for new or loyal customers — rules that can trigger the Discount QR step at POS.

- 1. Open DiscountsDrawer → Discounts → Edit Discount.
- 2. Add a slotTap an empty slot (up to five) to add a store-wide rule.
- 3. Choose customer typeSet New customer or Loyal customers and the % / conditions.
- 4. Save and test at POSStart a sale — Discount? may appear so you can scan or Skip.

Store-wide discounts apply across products. They are different from per-product Join2save / product / live stream discounts on an item.
Steps
- Open the drawer → Discounts (Edit Discount).
- Read the copy: this discount will apply to all products in your store.
- Tap to add a discount (maximum five slots).
- Choose type: New customer or Loyal customers.
- Set percentage, minimum people if shown, order-history conditions, how often it applies (every / 2nd / 3rd order…), and valid duration.
- Save.
Do not confuse with
- Join2save discount on a single product (Edit items → Add Discount).
- Creator commissions (drawer → Commissions).
